Tyler Drabick-Player Development
Tyler Drabick is a former Division I pitcher who competed at Kent State, Lipscomb, and Auburn. He currently coaches youth baseball as a 14U coach with the Mashfactory organization. Recently, Drabick was named Head Baseball coach at Louisville High School, bringing his extensive playing and coaching experience to the program.

Advanced Throwing Program
The Advanced Throwing Program for Baseball is specifically designed for dedicated players looking to refine their throwing skills and enhance their overall performance on the field. This program combines technical instruction, arm strength training, and mental preparation to help athletes reach their peak potential and understanding of programing.
Program Highlights:
- Expert Technique Training:
- Focused sessions on proper throwing mechanics to improve accuracy and velocity.
- Coaching with video analysis to identify and correct flaws in technique.
- Strength and Conditioning:
- Tailored strength training exercises targeting the upper body, core, and legs to build explosive power.
- Dynamic warm-up routines and mobility work to enhance flexibility and prevent injury.
- Sprinting routines
- Advanced Drills:
- Specialized drills designed to improve arm strength, flexibility and mobility
- Game-situation drills to develop competing under pressure around competitive environments
- Mental Skills Development:
- Techniques for enhancing focus, confidence, and competitive mindset.
- Visualization exercises to help athletes prepare mentally for games
- Performance Assessment:
- Regular evaluations to monitor progress in throwing speed and accuracy.
- Individual feedback sessions to set goals and adjust training plans as needed.
Each group will train twice a week, with the third day designated for independent training at home. Payments are $199 per month.
The program lasts for three months and will be based on a strong and detailed curriculum.
